Made for runners and endurance athletes
Nipple chafing happens when a shirt rubs the same spot thousands of times. It is most common on long runs, in heat and rain, and in cotton or loose tops. A cover takes the friction instead of your skin.
Wear them for marathon training and race day, and in any sport that rubs: cycling, surfing, triathlon and gym sessions. They also help during yard work and other physical labor.

How to apply them
Apply to clean, dry skin before you get dressed. Store the box in a cool, dry place.
Trim excess hair
Remove hair around the nipple so the adhesive grips skin.
Clean and dry the area
Wash off sweat, oil and lotion, then dry the skin fully.
Peel from the backing film
Hold the cover by its edge to keep the adhesive clean.
Press on for 5 seconds
Center the gauze pad over the nipple and press firmly.
